Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Support Representative at Nedbank Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assisting clients with account maintenance, transactions, and problem resolution. 3. Providing product and service information to clients and guiding them through processes. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Documenting customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Must be independent and energetic to work efficiently from a home office. 2. Excellent decision-making skills to handle customer issues effectively. 3. Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
