Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home


Job description:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Client Support Representative to join our team at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and assistance with account-related issues. 3. Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Recommend innovative solutions to improve the overall client experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs related to customer service.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment. 5. Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think innovatively. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
