Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution. 3. Educate clients on company products and services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor. 2. Strong time management and organization skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
