Job Description:

Truworths International is currently seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Record and maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Continuously seek innovative solutions to improve the overall client experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client support.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. 3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 4. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required. 5.
