Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Vodacom Group is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position is suitable for an Associate Level individual with at least 3 years of experience in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshooting 3. Guide clients on product features and usage 4. Document client interactions and resolutions in the company database 5. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex client issues 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client support 8. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions as needed 9. Stay updated on product updates and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality traits 2. Strong teamwork skills and emotional intelligence 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Familiarity with client support software and tools 6. Flexibility to work in a remote setting 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
