Job Description:

Investec is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry level position ideal for someone who is reliable, resilient, skilled in strategic planning, and effective in time management. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Provide knowledgeable and timely responses to client questions and requests - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support to clients - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Stay informed on industry trends and changes to effectively support clients

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
