Job Description:
Mondi Group is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Ensure client satisfaction by providing proactive support and timely responses - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support - Assist in the implementation of new client onboarding processes - Contribute to the development and improvement of client support procedures and documentation - Meet or exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred)
