Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a proactive and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, have strong people management skills, and possess natural leadership abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
