Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Gold Fields is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide valuable support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate team - Providing product information, demonstrations, and onboarding assistance to clients - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall client experience - Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and support techniques

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and problem-solving soft skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
