Job Description:
Multichoice Group is seeking a passionate and driven Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level employee, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Assisting customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong planning and organizational abilities. 3. High emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
