Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Cell C. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat messages from customers - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders - Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical support - Enter and update customer information in the database - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve customer satisfaction goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements: - Must be resourceful and motivated to excel in a remote work environment - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to think strategically and plan solutions to customer issues - Proficient in using computers and basic software applications - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
