Job Description:
Netcare is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a professional and courteous manner - Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Documenting customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Adhering to performance metrics and goals set by management
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Passionate and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
