Job Description:
Nedbank Group is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and representing the Nedbank Group brand.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails - Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Providing information on products and services offered by Nedbank Group - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company's database - Meeting performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Participating in training programs to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service or contact center role - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management and attention to detail - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
