Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Associate at FirstRand in Cape Town, Western Cape, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable and confident in their communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to potential customers. 4. Upselling products and services to increase sales. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Persuasive skills to promote products and services effectively. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 6.
