Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a passionate and motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
