Job Description:
MMI Holdings is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communication channels with clients and partners. 2. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. 3. Utilize persuasive skills to upsell and cross-sell additional products to customers. 4. Conduct analysis of customer needs and preferences to tailor solutions accordingly. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. 6. Meet and exceed set targets for call resolutions, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Passionate and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and preferences. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is required. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree is a plus.
