Contact Center Associate

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Gold Fields in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or potential leads - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Using project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Negotiating with customers to resolve issues and reach mutually beneficial solutions

Requirements: - A driven and confident personality - Strong project management and negotiation skills - At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
