Job Description - Contact Center Associate

The Contact Center Associate at Sasfin Bank in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who reach out via phone, email, or chat. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to emails and chat messages promptly and professionally. 2. Providing information about Sasfin Bank's products and services to customers. 3. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a courteous and efficient manner. 4. Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Participating in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Leadership qualities to guide customers through complex issues and provide solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5.
