Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Exxaro Resources is seeking a Contact Center Associate to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, independent, and possess strong critical thinking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers - Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications - Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable high-speed internet access
