Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Associate at Cell C, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a work from home position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. You will work part-time hours and report to the Contact Center Manager.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
