Barloworld is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a similar role, operating at a Mid-to-Senior Level.
As the Remote Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote customer service representatives. Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular training sessions, and resolving escalated customer issues.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to effectively multitask. You should also be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong planning and analysis skills.
