Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Netcare is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote contact center team.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention 3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints 7. Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures 8. Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for current team members 9. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team


Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role 2. Resilient and energetic personality traits 3. Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting 5. Strong leadership and communication skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
