Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Tiger Brands is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction within the contact center - Manage a team of contact center agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization - Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in customer service and contact center management - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Proven experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and independent personality traits - Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly - Proficient in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Strong cooperation and decision-making skills - Equal opportunity employer
