Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Liberty Group is seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns effectively - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer complaints - Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial solutions - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Adaptability to changing work environments and schedules - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for negotiation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
