Job Description:
Pick n Pay Stores is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for call handling, response times, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management. 4. Driven and motivated personality with a positive attitude. 5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to cooperate with team members. 6. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
