Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

MMI Holdings, a leading financial services group based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team at an Associate Level. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems - Negotiating with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently - Excellent research and negotiation skills - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
