Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Mr Price Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our contact center channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Providing product information and assisting customers with their shopping needs. 4. Processing orders and tracking shipments. 5. Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Passionate and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 3. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
