We are looking for a driven and passionate Contact Center Officer to join our team at Woolworths Holdings in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery inquiries, and general questions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Escalate complex cases to senior team members or management when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers. 3. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. High emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
