Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a passionate and adaptable Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and concerns - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately - Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred - 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
