Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Netcare is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outgoing calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates. 3. Providing information about products and services offered by Netcare. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. 7. Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with strong communication skills. 3. Experience in people management and project management. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
