Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

FirstRand is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 6. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
