Job Description:
Clicks Group is seeking a motivated and passionate Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your home in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions with customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Utilize time management and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance targets. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards in every customer interaction. 7. Continuously strive for personal and professional development through training and feedback sessions. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining customer confidentiality and data security.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and any additional languages are a plus. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. Time management and project management skills are essential. 6. Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
