Exxaro Resources is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5.
