Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Exxaro Resources is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Use critical thinking and innovation to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and friendly manner. 2. Proficiency in using contact center technology and software. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
