Job Description:
MMI Holdings is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other digital channels - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets - Utilize project management skills to contribute to the continuous improvement of contact center processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments - Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
