Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Woolworths Holdings is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team as a part-time remote worker based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat with customers - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner - Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Continuously improving knowledge of products and services to better assist customers


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and dedicated individual who takes pride in delivering top-notch service - Exceptional planning and organizational skills - High level of emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
