Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and confident, with strong critical thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshooting issues as needed - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
