Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Liberty Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient and motivated with a background in leadership and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process customer orders and returns - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and analytical thinking - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
