Job Description:
The Customer Care Assistant at Bidvest Group in Cape Town, Western Cape will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This part-time role at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. The successful candidate will possess the ability to adapt to changing situations, be passionate about helping customers, have strong research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 3. Provide product and service information to customers 4. Utilize CRM software to record and track customer interactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies 8. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure 7. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service 8. Strong research skills and ability to quickly access information 9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills
