Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from the comfort of your own home. With at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your resilience and passion for assisting others.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist guests with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their stay. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience. 4. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to guest concerns. 5. Participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and drive business growth. 6. Uphold the high standards of Hilton in every interaction with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. 2. Resilient personality with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to think critically and analytically to provide effective solutions. 5. Strategic planning abilities to contribute to the overall success of the team. 6. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
