Mr Price Group is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Soweto, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable and driven, with strong time management skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Reliable high-speed internet connection - Availability to work flexible hours - Time management skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and work demands
