Bidcorp is looking for a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic and resilient, with strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers - Process orders and returns efficiently - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values
