Job Description:
Massmart Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of care and attention to detail - Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
