Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient customer care processes. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes and recommend solutions. 7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Resilient in handling challenging situations with customers. 4. Strong leadership skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members. 5. Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 9. High school diploma or equivalent.
