Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Tiger Brands is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Conducting research to address customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions. 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 7. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
