Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at Woolworths Holdings in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional communication skills. 4. Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilizing persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptability and confidence in handling customer interactions. 3. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. 4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
