Customer Care Associate - Work from home

As a Customer Care Associate at Kumba Iron Ore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting individual and team KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction
