Job Description:
Remgro is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This role is at an Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
