Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Associate to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues effectively - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
