Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate for MTN South Africa. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by management

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent work ethic - Strong leadership and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home
