Job Description:
Cell C is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care management. As a Remote Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer care agents, ensuring that they provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Managing and leading a team of remote customer care agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to ensure that customer care team meets KPIs - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures to improve service quality - Training and coaching customer care agents to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to customer care team members - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer care management
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Excellent time management and critical thinking skills - A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates
